- If you notify us at least 3 hours in advance and your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, only a €10 extra fee will be applied.

- Free waiting time: Up to 20 minutes

- 21min - 30min: Standard fare + €10
- 31min - 45min: Standard fare + €25
- 46min - 60min: Standard fare + €35
After 1 hour of waiting without any communication
from you, we reserve the right to cancel the ride,
and your card will be charged as previously
stated.
