  • How can I book a ride?
    You can make a reservation through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button. Fill out the form with your travel details, and you will receive confirmation that we have received your request. You can also contact us directly on our two phone numbers, via email, or through WhatsApp. Once you submit your request, you will receive the transfer price for card payment.
  • What are the cancellation fees?
    Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    • No charge will be applied for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
      We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility whenever possible.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled ride will result in a charge of 50% of the total fare.
      This fee is imposed to recover costs associated with the allocation of a vehicle and driver. By scheduling a ride, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
  • How long do transfers take?
    The duration of your transfer depends on the distance and traffic conditions. Feel free to contact us for an estimated travel time.
  • What should I expect during peak season?
    Traffic can be heavy during the high season, so we strongly recommend booking in advance and allowing extra time for possible delays due to increased traffic.
  • Will I receive a confirmation email after booking a ride?
    Yes, after completing your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. You will then receive the final price confirmation to complete your booking.
  • Can I modify or change my reservation?
    Yes, modifications are possible if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled ride.
  • Are your drivers licensed and experienced?
    Yes, all of our drivers are licensed professionals with years of experience in providing safe and reliable transportation.
  • Do you provide child seats?
    Yes, child seats are available upon request for an additional charge. Please mention this when making your reservation.
  • How can I pay for my ride?
    We accept cash as well as all major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made in advance or directly to the driver at the end of the ride. For full details, please read our Payment Policy - Payment Options.
  • What happens if my flight is delayed?
    If your flight is delayed, the following policy applies:
    • If you notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled ride,and your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, a €10 extra fee will be applied.
    • If you don’t contact us on time, a different policy applies for delayed flights:
      • Free waiting time: Up to 20 minutes
      • Waiting time charges:
        • 21min - 30min: Standard fare + €10
        • 31min - 45min: Standard fare + €25
        • 46min - 60min: Standard fare + €35
    After 1 hour of waiting without any communication from you, we reserve the right to cancel the ride, and your card will be charged as previously stated. We aim to avoid extra charges, so please review our policy in advance and stay updated with your flight notifications to prevent unnecessary costs.
